12 Years.
What is your primary product or service?
Emergency Service: Immediate pickup, Non-stop courier/deliver service.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I was a finance major in college and got into the insurance business after I graduated...I needed a break from insurance and a friend of mine asked me if I would help him start a delivery business; I agreed to that, and told him I would help him out for about 6 months...What can I say: 12 years later I am still here.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I consider us a boutique delivery service...We offer impeccable customer service...We are also extremely reliable and are very big into communication...We really try to "think outside of the box"...If we can't help someone we will try and get them intouch with another transportation company that can help them.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We just have one location in Reno, NV.
